Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in managing all incoming service inquiries, fostering relationships with clients, and coordinating appointments for our service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming service calls and leads
  • Initiate outbound calls based on service inquiries
  • Assess customer needs and respond accordingly
  • Organize client appointments
  • Address all customer concerns prior to appointment dates
  • Confirm appointments with customers
  • Engage with staff and clients in a courteous and professional manner

This role involves daily interaction with Service Advisors, Service Managers, Business Development Managers, support personnel, and customers.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to excellent service
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Extensive experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic
