Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic salesperson to join our team as a New and Used Vehicle Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients, exhibiting consultative selling skills, and continuously developing product and sales acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build long-term clientele.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience selling new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
  • Ready to learn new product ins and outs and improve.
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
