Insurance Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Position to join our team at Doug Jones - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals and quotas.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to increase sales and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-lasting relationships.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Property & Casualty license.
