We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Data Coordinator. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving general phone calls and greeting visitors, receiving and dispatching lead calls and job referrals, performing detailed and accurate data entry, coordinating crew and job scheduling, and performing general administration duties.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment and utilize your excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations, combined with your outstanding written and verbal communication skills, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who is not only passionate about delivering exceptional customer service but also has a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. If you have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, experience in a service industry environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers
  • Receive general phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Receive and dispatch lead calls and job referrals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry, including analyzing dispatch reports
  • Coordinate crew and job scheduling to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Perform general administration duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
  • Experience in a service industry environment a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
  • Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
