As a Counselor, you will provide EAP and Gambling assessments, short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services to clients via tele or video. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including employees and their families, to address mental health concerns and provide support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide EAP counseling services via tele or video
  • Enter clinical notes into database, billing, and update provider profile when required
  • Notify TELUS Health immediately of any complaints, citations, or investigations that could result in the suspension, revocation, sanction, reprimand, limitation, qualification, or termination of your license/credentials
  • Act in a professional manner with clients and the TELUS Health team
  • Comply with all TELUS Health policies, procedures, and guidelines outlined in this manual and in your contract
