Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Assistant Program Manager to oversee the Youth Support Specialists and ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, support, and leadership to the team to maintain a structured and therapeutic living environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents through effective supervision and crisis management.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support services to residents and their families.
- Develop and implement programs to promote resident engagement, education, and personal growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field preferred.
- Minimum one year experience in a child-caring facility required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Must be available for on-call duties during emergencies and have flexibility to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
