Key Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Leader will oversee the sales and delivery operations within a designated geographical area. This role includes direct management and leadership of the sales and delivery teams, ensuring the achievement of revenue and volume targets.

Essential Duties
  • Guide, develop, and mentor the sales team to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promote a customer-centric culture.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and volume increases.
  • Enhance gross profit through optimal product mix and cost management.
  • Facilitate training for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members.
  • Promote safety by establishing and maintaining safe working practices.
  • Collaborate with management to cultivate a positive workplace and implement employee incentive programs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Make informed decisions regarding asset management.
  • Set and track performance goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Engage with key clients to maintain relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Analyze sales performance data to assess effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and technological advancements.
  • Ensure the presentation and quality of all company products at client locations.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections.
  • Uphold quality assurance standards across all accounts.
  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow through on commitments made to clients and team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management on personnel matters, including hiring and performance evaluations.
  • Provide strategic leadership and foster development aligned with company goals.
  • Involve management staff in planning and decision-making processes.
  • Identify and address potential personnel risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business, or 3-5 years of relevant outside sales experience.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience with increasing managerial responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Margin Minder or similar software is preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills for analyzing profits, margins, and financial data.
  • Class A CDL preferred, depending on location.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in an office and field environment, with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Must be able to lift, pull, and push over 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and bending.
Work Environment
  • Moderate noise levels due to operational equipment.
  • Willingness to travel to various company locations as needed.
