Job Overview

Warrior Precast LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team across the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, developing and nurturing customer relationships, and generating new leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales and expand into new markets.
  • Represent Warrior Precast professionally at industry trade shows and events.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews with the team to track progress and address any issues.
  • Train and mentor new or underperforming sales staff to meet performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a distributed sales team.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and SWA building site requirements.
  • Experience in sales management and the building products industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for reading and producing designs.
