Job Title: Clinical Aide - Autism Services

This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, delivering high-quality services in clinic or home and community-based settings.

About the Job

As a Clinical Aide - Autism Services, you will be responsible for providing home, community, and clinic-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your primary duties will include introducing safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers, following treatment plan goals and interventions, collecting behavior data, and participating in training and clinical supervision.

Requirements
  • Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
  • Required: Valid driver's license and transportation
  • Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification
