Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Community Support Specialist to join our team at The Sparc Network. This role involves providing intensive community-based rehabilitation services to adults with complex treatment needs in the Rutherford County area.

About The Role

This is a full-time position with a flexible/hybrid schedule, offering competitive compensation and benefits. As a Community Support Specialist, you will work directly with individuals with mental health and substance use disorder needs, providing symptom stability, restorative interventions, psychoeducation, and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct treatment and restorative interventions to clients
  • Provide symptom stability by reducing presenting psychiatric or substance use disorder symptoms
  • Develop and implement individualized plans for clients
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a field related to health, psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, or another relevant human services area
  • Two years of experience working directly with individuals with behavioral health conditions
  • Preferred experience includes working with adults with MH and SUD needs

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $47,000-$50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
