We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented guest services representative to enhance our front desk operations. In this role, you will greet visitors, manage guest accounts, respond to inquiries, and address any issues to ensure a memorable stay for every visitor. Your strong communication abilities and commitment to guest satisfaction will be key to your success in this position.
Compensation:$18 hourly
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of hotel guest information and ensure it is up-to-date.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests, providing room keys and pertinent information.
- Handle incoming calls and manage online and in-person booking requests, providing details about room rates, availability, amenities, and special requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that guest accommodations are prepared and ready.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation management systems.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in hospitality as a front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative.
- Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
