Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet guests, solve problems, and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Cash Handling: Count, organize, and balance cash drawers, fill out cashier slips, and make deposits.
  • Inventory Management: Understand and be knowledgeable of merchandise for sale to assist customers and accurately process transactions.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift.
  • Stocking and Replenishment: Ensure product in location is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as needed.
  • Safety and Security: Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Independence and Supervision: Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Training and Development: Complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by location.
