Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathizing with patients and their families.
- Proactively manage any identified concerns, promoting teamwork, relationship building, and fostering a positive patient care atmosphere.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Collaborate with hospital teams to address patient concerns and provide solutions to improve the patient experience.
- Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Prefer college experience or higher education.
- Requires 3 - 5 years of prior customer service experience.
- Coordinator position requires a people-oriented, personable, friendly person who is able to work with everyone.
- Must be organized, able to do multiple tasks, be flexible and able to travel among the hospital sites.
