About the Role:
Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking a highly organized and effective Office Specialist to join our Contact Center team. As an Office Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with class registration and referral services to callers
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
- Provide administrative support for the department
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- One (1) year experience with extensive customer contact in a health care setting or sales/marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Health care experience
