About the Role:

Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking a highly organized and effective Office Specialist to join our Contact Center team. As an Office Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with class registration and referral services to callers
  • Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
  • Provide administrative support for the department

Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • One (1) year experience with extensive customer contact in a health care setting or sales/marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Health care experience
