Position Title: Care Coordination Representative
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Care Coordination Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Care Coordination Manager, provides administrative support to the Care Coordination Department at REHAB HOSPITAL OF THE PACIFIC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides clerical support to the Care Coordination Department.

• Assists in maintaining accurate records and files.

• Utilizes Microsoft Office to perform various tasks.

• Demonstrates basic knowledge of computers and general office procedures.

Starting Wage: $19.738/hr.

The posted wage is the current starting wage for this position. Actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position. The wage range for this position may be subject to change in the future depending on a variety of factors such as market conditions, business needs, legal developments, and other appropriate factors.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
Skills/Experience:
  • One year general office or health-care related experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of computers and general office procedures
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
  • Business School graduate.
Skills/Experience:
  • Experience in a health-care related setting.
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS USED:

Standard office equipment and supplies including computers, computerized and written information, facsimile machine and telephone.
