Office Operations Manager

About the Role:

As an Office Manager at Drivemode, you will be responsible for leading our internal operations to ensure a comfortable, safe, and efficient work environment. You will work closely with the COO, HR, and Finance teams to bring our operations to the next level of growth.

You will oversee daily office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing vendor relationships, office maintenance, and ensuring a safe and functional workspace.

Additionally, you will manage our property and space planning, including seating arrangements and workstations. You will also develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and streamline operations.

Other responsibilities include creating and coordinating company events, meetings, and team-building activities, as well as assisting the HR team with onboarding new employees and supporting HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an office manager at small to mid-sized companies
  • 2+ years managing a small team
  • Self-starter who is comfortable in small, fast-growing teams
  • Able to manage and negotiate with a variety of vendors
  • Someone who enjoys bringing smiles and comfort on the faces of our high-performing team of software and hardware folks
