Your Role
As a Customer Success Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a dedicated team of Customer Success Specialists. This position is an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to advance their management careers within our Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Customer Success Specialists, ensuring adherence to order management protocols for accurate and timely processing.
- Identify and resolve issues as they arise, maintaining consistency in daily operations.
- Act as a primary contact for escalated order management inquiries.
- Facilitate meetings and collaborate with Sales and other internal partners to swiftly address challenges.
- Provide additional support during peak business periods.
- Manage essential functions such as EDI partnerships and data governance.
- Monitor EDI workflows to ensure efficient order processing.
- Generate and analyze order management reports to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Create and implement training materials and standard operating procedures for your team.
- Participate actively in Supply Chain-related initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity, providing training and guidance to team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Effective conflict management capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role includes supervising a team of Customer Success Coordinators, which entails:
- Conducting interviews, hiring, and training new employees.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Evaluating performance and addressing any concerns.
- Fostering a supportive and productive team atmosphere.

Salary Range
Competitive salary between $50,000 and $74,375 annually.
