Your Role

As a Customer Success Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a dedicated team of Customer Success Specialists. This position is an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to advance their management careers within our Supply Chain organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Customer Success Specialists, ensuring adherence to order management protocols for accurate and timely processing.
  • Identify and resolve issues as they arise, maintaining consistency in daily operations.
  • Act as a primary contact for escalated order management inquiries.
  • Facilitate meetings and collaborate with Sales and other internal partners to swiftly address challenges.
  • Provide additional support during peak business periods.
  • Manage essential functions such as EDI partnerships and data governance.
  • Monitor EDI workflows to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Generate and analyze order management reports to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Create and implement training materials and standard operating procedures for your team.
  • Participate actively in Supply Chain-related initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership capacity, providing training and guidance to team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Effective conflict management capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role includes supervising a team of Customer Success Coordinators, which entails:

  • Conducting interviews, hiring, and training new employees.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Evaluating performance and addressing any concerns.
  • Fostering a supportive and productive team atmosphere.

Salary Range

Competitive salary between $50,000 and $74,375 annually.
