  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and technicians, including training and motivating.
  • Work with the Service Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
  • Coordinate service and repair work with the Team Leader to achieve completion times and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide professional communication with customers, ensuring that all promises and promise times are met.
  • Offer solutions for customers, including repair options and alternative transportation.
  • Advise customers on the specific needs of their vehicle.
  • Monitor system to ensure technicians meet all promise times.
  • Offer a multi-point inspection to every customer, selling additional technician-recommended repairs or service.
  • Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.

  • Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record.
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
