Job Title: Commercial Technology Sales Account Manager

At Allied Universal Technology Services, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Technology Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our presence in assigned accounts, driving sales activities, and establishing new customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Exceed sales goals and objectives as established by the organization
  • Manage existing commercial customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to build strong relationships with customers
  • Prepare and present company offerings to end-user customers
  • Communicate effectively with project managers to ensure timely delivery of work
  • Grow service and maintenance agreements through solution-selling
  • Determine hosted, managed, and monitored sales opportunities with new customer prospects
  • Prepare timely and accurate solution proposals
  • Maintain quality assurance by following organizational standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales and account management experience in the electronic security integration industry
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with an expanding customer base
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and customer service-oriented
  • Commitment to professional, ethical, and compliant business practices
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to perform 20% office and 80% off-site customer development and conduct site visits and job walks
  • Experience selling security platforms a plus
