Job Summary:The Commercial Roofing Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial roofing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new commercial roofing clients and grow existing relationships
- Manage a portfolio of commercial roofing clients, including regular communication, site visits, and project management
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of roofing services
- Provide industry-standard roofing advice and proposals to customers
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and continuing education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Minimum high school graduate or college preferred
- One year of related sales experience (preferred)
- Construction experience (preferred)
- Must speak, read, and write the English language fluently
- Driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing and energetic personality with a high degree of self-confidence
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including climbing ladders and working in various weather conditions
- $70k-$85k base pay + motivating commission pay structure
