The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Director to lead our Large Enterprise Financial Technology sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing product solutions, and maintaining positive relationships with customers to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute strategies to win new business from new and/or existing Banking or Financial Services accounts.
  • Develop and manage relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.
  • Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
  • Identify, bid, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the company's entire product suite. May have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products and/or services.
  • Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
  • Provides input to sales management about trends and changes taking place within the customer's organization, and makes recommendations about future courses of action necessary of the company towards improving its position with the customer.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of industry/technical sales experience.
  • Business Outcome Selling Expertise.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with is a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $118,130 - $165,380, depending on location and experience. This position also has commission in addition to the base salary.
