Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at Clean Harbors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the environmental services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow revenue and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques to generate leads and close deals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are competitive in the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the environmental services industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
