Position: Triage Nurse

Primary Location: Flexible to travel to various sites as required

Full-Time Schedule: Options include four 10-hour shifts, five 8-hour shifts, or a combination of four 9-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift.

Compensation: Competitive hiring range of $36.75-$47.10 per hour, with placement determined by experience evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage in-basket communications to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide wound care and triage patients for timely treatment.
  • Perform blood draws as necessary.
  • Empower patients with essential healthcare information and advocate for their well-being.

Qualifications:
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in Washington or compliance with multi-state licensure requirements.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification is mandatory.
  • Preferred experience in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, or Podiatry.
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team member.

Pay Range:
$51.23

Vancouver Clinic provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long-term disability, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, and various supplemental benefits. Additionally, we offer a 401k retirement plan with employer contributions after the first year of employment. Benefit-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full-time staff and 200 hours for full-time supervisors and above, with increases in subsequent years. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked. Employees can also enjoy up to six paid holidays per year, depending on their schedule.
