Requirements

  • Active unencumbered Washington RN license or active multi-state RN licensure required
  • Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider certification required
  • Ability to work independently while functioning as a team member
