Vancouver Clinic is seeking a skilled Triage Nurse to join our dynamic Family Medicine team. As a Triage Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth workflow of our clinic and providing timely care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage in-basket tasks to optimize clinic efficiency
- Triage patients to facilitate timely and effective care
- Empower patients with healthcare information and advocate for their well-being
Requirements
- Active unencumbered Washington RN license or active multi-state RN licensure required
- Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider certification required
- Ability to work independently while functioning as a team member
