Position: Triage Nurse

Primary Location: Flexible to travel to various sites as necessary

Full-Time Schedule: Options include four 10-hour shifts, five 8-hour shifts, or a combination of four 9-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift

Compensation: Competitive pay range of $36.75-$47.10 per hour, determined by experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage in-basket communications to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide wound care and triage patients for timely medical attention.
  • Perform blood draws as required.
  • Empower patients with essential healthcare information and advocate for their well-being.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess an active, unencumbered RN license in Washington or meet multi-state licensure requirements.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, or Podiatry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team.

Pay Range:
$51.23

We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is contingent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefit-eligible employees can access benefits starting on the first of the month following one month of employment. Vancouver Clinic provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long-term disability, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, and various supplemental benefits. Additionally, we offer a 401k retirement plan with employer contributions after the first year of employment. Benefit-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full-time staff and 200 hours for full-time supervisors and above, with increases in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated based on FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked.
