Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide sales coordinators with necessary information to generate contracts
* Work with sales coordinators to ensure all groups' and clients' expectations are met
* Meet or exceed monthly target sales goals
* Actively promote the hotel on all sales calls
* Actively promote the company through cold calls, appointment calls, and site tours
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date files on all clients and sales activities
* Respect confidentiality of clients
* Converse with in-house guests to learn of existing or prospective business and to promote return business
* Turn in expense and commission reports as scheduled
* Participate in revenue meetings
* Adhere to company policy and house rules as outlined in the employee handbook

Requirements:
* 2+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
