Job Summary: As a Sales Manager at In-Group Hospitality, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our hotel. This includes managing key accounts, group bookings, and meeting room bookings. You will communicate with active accounts on a regular basis, participate in sales blitzes, and actively search for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide sales coordinators with necessary information to generate contracts
* Work with sales coordinators to ensure all groups' and clients' expectations are met
* Meet or exceed monthly target sales goals
* Actively promote the hotel on all sales calls
* Actively promote the company through cold calls, appointment calls, and site tours
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date files on all clients and sales activities
* Respect confidentiality of clients
* Converse with in-house guests to learn of existing or prospective business and to promote return business
* Turn in expense and commission reports as scheduled
* Participate in revenue meetings
* Adhere to company policy and house rules as outlined in the employee handbook

Requirements:

* 2+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
