Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee ticket sales and retail operations
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements and ticket-related inquiries
  • Keep the Concierge area organized and presentable
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed
