- Complete administrative tasks, such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork as needed.
- Adjust plans and events based on client feedback and needs, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards, setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each event.
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences, engaging customers on benefits of Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards, and completing enrollments.
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys, assisting with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, completing merchandise recovery and maintenance.
- Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values, and projecting a positive image as a role model for other Team Members.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with excellent people skills and experience working with children and children's events.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication, as well as listening skills.
- Organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others.
- Retail and/or customer service experience required.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, moving throughout the store, and regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
- Public retail store setting, with all public areas climate-controlled, and some stock rooms not climate-controlled.
