Lead Sales Executive

Are you an inspiring leader capable of enhancing revenue by analyzing regional market dynamics and competitor strategies to pinpoint and secure business opportunities? Our organization is in search of a Senior Sales Manager who will be instrumental in formulating a comprehensive sales and marketing plan. This role involves engaging with both new and existing clients to achieve and surpass financial goals through proactive sales outreach, site visits, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis of local market conditions and competitor performance to identify viable leads.
- Expand our market presence by nurturing and sustaining relationships with key group and catering clients.
- Represent the property at relevant industry trade exhibitions and conferences, ensuring compliance with the marketing strategy and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing director to devise and manage the departmental budget, aligning sales objectives with the hotel's overall strategy.
- Engage in outreach to new and existing accounts to meet and exceed financial targets through proactive sales initiatives and local networking.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Prior experience in a hospitality-related role is essential.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in hotel sales is necessary.
