Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at WS Development. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to employee offboarding, such as filing paperwork and sending resignation acceptances.
  • Verify and process I-9 forms and other employment documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Input and maintain accurate employee information in the ADP HRIS system and other document management systems.
  • Develop and implement new employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain the company intranet and biweekly newsletter.
  • Ensure the office environment operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Assist with audits and reviews of HR compliance practices.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a human resources focused or administrative role.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, particularly ADP, and strong skills in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Independent, self-starter mindset.
