Job Summary

The Human Resources Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the HR department at Kreher Family Farms. This position is responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with recruitment, file maintenance, new hire paperwork preparation, onboarding, and operations support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless support to employees and management.
  • Conduct and schedule interviews, review resumes, and assist with hiring processes.
  • Prepare new employee paperwork, coordinate meetings, and take minutes.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative responsibilities and ability to learn HR software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with 5 years of relevant experience or a college degree with 2 years of experience.
