Job Description

As a Market Managing Director within PNC's Institutional Asset Management (IAM) organization, you will be based in Washington, DC. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an experienced team in the Greater Washington DC and Virginia markets.
  • Own the responsibility for your market's business plan, P&L, AUM growth, and client retention.
  • Actively participate in the market's new business development and client service/retention activities.
  • Serve as the face of PNC IAM in the community, as well as interfacing internally with other PNC leaders in your market.
Requirements
  • University/college degree.
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
  • Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required.
