Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to spearhead our enterprise-wide training initiatives as a Sr. Management Analyst-Leadership & Training role. This critical position will develop, manage, and own our 1:1 and Train the Trainer curriculum, with a strong focus on Leadership, Professional Development, and racial equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy to advance racial equity principles in various industries and organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with teams and departments to understand and identify organizational strengths and weaknesses.
  • Design and deliver training programs, providing impactful facilitation and a strong client service orientation.
  • Supervise an administrative support person/coordinator to ensure consistent and efficient logistics and communications with academy participants.
  • Oversee the identification of outside training and academy facilitators, as needs exceed internal PSE facilitation capacity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, public administration, public policy, education, sociology, psychology, African American studies, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in project management, CRM software, training, and leadership development.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team building skills, with a proven track record of being a relationship builder and trusted partner.
  • Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Fundamental understanding of race, structural racism, and racial equity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, public administration, mathematics, statistics, public policy, economics, sociology, psychology, African American studies, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, training, coaching, and other related fields.
  • Experience as a thought leader, comfortable with sharing insights via conference presentations, panels, papers, etc.
