Position Summary:

The role involves directing and overseeing the activities of business partners to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will provide guidance and support regarding the financial performance outlook of the organization. This includes preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic insights aimed at enhancing the quality of both internal and external financial data to facilitate informed business decisions and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the activities of business partners to ensure departmental alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze and report on monthly financial outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial forecasts, projections, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial forecasting models to aid in financial planning, investment decision-making, and profit projection evaluations.
  • Implement process enhancements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring timely and relevant financial information is provided to key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and assist in the preparation of financial presentations for management.
  • Perform additional job-related duties, including ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Understanding of Corporate Accounting principles.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and reporting systems (e.g., BPC, Anaplan).
  • Experience with Power BI (Maintenance & Development) is preferred.

  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and present to cross-functional teams at all management levels.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across various teams.
  • Exhibit critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Adapt to diverse populations and varying educational backgrounds.

  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Accounting.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Certifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is optional.

Work Environment:

  • Requires light physical effort, occasionally lifting or moving light objects (up to 10 lbs).
  • Involves prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
  • Involves extended use of machinery, including computers and keyboards.
  • Requires manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
