- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the financial services industry and PNC's products and services.
