Position Overview:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead and oversee the activities of business partners to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role involves providing insights and support regarding the organization's future financial performance. Responsibilities include preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing the quality of both internal and external financial data to facilitate informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the activities of business partners to ensure departmental alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze and report on monthly financial outcomes.
  • Prepare consolidated financial forecasts, projections, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasting models to aid in financial planning, investment decision-making, and profit projection evaluations.
  • Implement process enhancements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring timely and relevant financial information is provided to key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and assist in the preparation of financial presentations for management.
  • Perform additional job-related duties, including ad hoc analyses and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with over 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Knowledge:

  • Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Understanding of Corporate Accounting.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and reporting systems (e.g., BPC, Anaplan).
  • Experience with Power BI (Maintenance & Development) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Accounting.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, with demonstrated team leadership and mentoring abilities.

Certifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is optional.

Work Environment:

  • Requires light physical effort, occasionally lifting or moving light objects (up to 10 lbs).
  • Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods.
  • Prolonged operation of machinery, including vehicles, computers, and keyboard equipment.
  • Utilization of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
