Job Description:

                                                                                      

This position works closely with Advisers and clients on Income Plan Analysis, Client Reviews, Money Management, and Rebalancing Portfolios.  Main focus of this position is to assemble, verify, and submit all documentation required for finalizing account application(s). Responsible for ensuring that all documents and signatures are in order for electronic submission.  Act as liaison between Semmax, clients and custodians. Helps applicants to open new accounts in a timely and professional manner.  Communicates updates to clients and provides excellent customer service. Will involve some work in both Greensboro and Winston Salem offices.


Responsibilities & Activities:


  • Manages Onboarding Client Assets:
    • Coordinates creating Income Plan/Analysis files for Adviser Appointments
    • Coordinates with Advisers and Clients for all needed account information and coordination
    • Ensures appropriate information such as Insurance Illustrations are received and approved
    • Implements and manages work flows relating to processing and on boarding Clients


  • Manages Preparation for Client Reviews:
    • Contacts Clients regarding follow-up and information updates
    • Prepares Client Review account documents and information for the Advisers
    • Manages workflows related to document preparation


  • Portfolio Rebalancing:
    • Work with Advisers for making allocation changes for Client Portfolios
    • Manage Rebalancing timeframe and related data
    • Manages workflows related to money movement

  

  • On-going Advisor/Client Support
    • Supports Client in updates and needs in an on-going basis
    • Builds trust with Client by responding with professional, accurate information 
    • Passion to maintain high ethical standards
    • Update account paperwork with information changes 


  • Policy and Procedural Support:
    • Assist with documenting system and department procedures
    • Develop company intranet page(s) for employees and organizational needs
