Key ResponsibilitiesThe Front Desk Service & Store Clerk will be responsible for:
- Managing guest check-ins, reservations, and front desk operations.
- Providing exemplary customer service both in person and over the phone, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handling cash and credit transactions in accordance with established procedures.
- Promoting campground amenities and being knowledgeable about local attractions and discounts.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the front office, store, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Assisting with the implementation of cleaning schedules as directed by management.
- Ensuring the outdoor areas remain tidy and inviting for guests.
- Following safety protocols and enforcing campground regulations.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A friendly and professional demeanor towards guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and the ability to resolve both customer-related and operational issues.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of guest service and transactions.
- Reliability and responsibility in performing job duties.
Candidates must be able to:
- Lift up to 30 pounds.
- Stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively over the phone.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and operations.
- Familiarity with the local area and events is a plus.
- Ability to safely use general cleaning products.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
