Overview:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Catering teams.

  4. Organize and file important documents and correspondence efficiently.
  5. Assist in the preparation of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) tailored to client specifications.
  6. Manage inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the hospitality industry. Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field. Familiarity with relevant computer programs and strong organizational skills are essential.

Physical and General Requirements:

This role may require flexible hours and the ability to lift light objects. A commitment to maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and grooming is expected. The Sales Coordinator must demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and be capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
