Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Passerini LLC, a premier interior design company known for its bespoke solutions and luxury designs.

Job Summary:

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and brand marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our design and sales teams to promote our services and products, while building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Develop relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other partners to expand the brand's reach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the design or luxury industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
