Job Title: Alumni Support Specialist

iQuasar is seeking a highly skilled Alumni Support Specialist to join our team in Tequesta, FL. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our alumni, ensuring their continued success and well-being.

Job Summary:

The Alumni Support Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining supportive relationships with current patients, facilitating alumni events, and providing outreach and engagement services. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain supportive relationships with current patients, providing post-treatment engagement and support.
  • Facilitate alumni events, including organizing and attending events, and providing support to attendees.
  • Develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies to promote alumni participation and retention.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all alumni communications in CRM software.
  • Assist with reducing patients who abort treatment early (AMA or ACA).
  • Assist patients in completing alumni paperwork.
  • Facilitate mutual aid support groups (12-step, SMART Recovery, etc.).
  • Provide reporting on activities, as set forth by supervisor and/or director.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate larger on-site alumni activities.
  • Available on weekends and evenings.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Attend in-service training, when necessary.
  • Demonstrate a positive approach and commitment reflecting professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Maintain HIPAA confidentiality of all patients (past, present, future).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College/University in a related field is preferred, but professional experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the substance abuse or behavioral health field.
