Business Development Manager

Are you a sales and marketing professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at CPS.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the chemical industry, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership. You will be responsible for developing business strategies and opportunities, selling professional services to clients in the chemical industry, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to lead and execute business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to identify, develop, and expand CPS's client base in the chemical industry.
- Research client long-range capital expenditure budgets and identify opportunities for project solutions, including concept and preliminary studies, engineering, procurement, consulting, and program and project management services.
- Establish and maintain current and prospective client relationships to build a continuous pipeline of on-going projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to lead and execute business development initiatives, including developing and implementing formal company-wide strategic business development plans, business objectives, and relationship activities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote CPS's services to clients in the chemical industry.
Requirements:
- Experience in the chemical industry, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership.
- Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
