WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE PRACTICAL PART

As a Business Administration Public Management Specialist, you will have the opportunity to drive the development of the city of Mannheim in the public sector. The practical part of your dual studies will take place in various departments, offices, and public enterprises of the city of Mannheim. This includes a wide range of tasks in areas such as accounting, controlling, information technology, human resources, and public relations. You will also be responsible for departments such as youth welfare, social security, and regulatory administration.

  • Public relations and communication

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THEORY

The theoretical phases of your studies will take place at one of the two universities for public administration in Kehl or Ludwigsburg. You and your fellow students will be introduced to various fields of work and systematically familiarized with the legal and economic aspects of the public sector.
