About the Role

The Clinical Operations Manager - Ambulatory Care will oversee the coordination and management of clinical support staff and clinical workflows within the clinic. This leader will function as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities include overseeing the care provided by clinical support staff, initiating efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of clinical staff members, and leading clinical staff to provide patient care services in an efficient, safe, and timely manner. This requires a deep understanding of patient needs and a commitment to delivering sensitive, patient-focused care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License - for locations in Washington
  • 3 years direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting
  • 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting
  • Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment
  • Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $75.94 per hour, based on the location and job requirements. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
