Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining quality control, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our culinary team to develop menus, manage inventory, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2+ years of BOH management experience in a full-service restaurant. You'll also need excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate staff, and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you'll need to be able to transfer to new locations after 3-12 months of training.

Training and Development
Our comprehensive 10-week training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. You'll work in all positions of our restaurant operations, learning supervisory and coaching techniques to optimize success.
