About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in coordinating complex schedules, preparing documents, and managing supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for various initiatives, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and format diverse documents, including reports, presentations, and emails.
  • Meeting Organization: Organize meetings, including logistics, catering, and note taking, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and manage related expenses, adhering to company policies.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and order necessary supplies to maintain a well-stocked environment.
  • Liaison Services: Communicate effectively with students, community members, and colleagues to address queries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Clerical Experience: Minimum four years of clerical experience, preferably in a similar administrative role.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
