About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Service Manager to join our team at Resulticks. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with account management and technical teams to deliver client projects on time.
  • Manage client projects and campaigns, ensuring they are completed and profitable.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide exceptional communication, documentation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client services or account management, preferably in an ad agency setting.
  • Strong digital marketing campaign management experience, including email, SMS, social media, and data analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
