Are you motivated and enthusiastic about selling medical waste disposal and document shredding services? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Indiana.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone and email, building rapport, and showcasing the benefits of our services.

Responsibilities
  • Contact potential customers by phone to discuss their needs and showcase the benefits of our services
  • Present and sell medical waste disposal, document shredding, records storage, compliance training, and other related services to new and existing customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up appointments using our web-based CRM software
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets to receive bonuses based on performance

Estimated Salary: $67,000 - $72,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
