The Pharmacy Manager plays a critical role in impacting our consumers and clinic partners by advising them on our pharmaceutical care services and benefits.

This individual is accountable for the financial, clinical, and quality aspects of pharmacy services and will oversee the daily operations of a pharmacy, including dispensing prescription medications and engaging with consumers.

Coaching, developing, and managing pharmacy staff is also a vital responsibility of this role. The manager will act as a talent steward and proactively seek top talent for pharmacy positions.



Primary Responsibilities:


Foster an exceptional consumer and clinic partner experience while continuously building strong relationships to proactively address their needs.

Serve as a resource for the clinical staff and engage with their team to achieve clinical outcomes.
Provide counseling and education to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, schedules, and any personal inquiries.
Ensure compliance with policies and standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct wellness services such as immunizations and other preventive measures.
Accountable for financial performance and identifying growth opportunities within the pharmacy.
Inspire, develop, and mentor all pharmacy staff to ensure they reach their potential and deliver outstanding service.
Create an engaging team environment that promotes compassion and exemplifies our core values and culture.
Proactively promote opportunities and recruit top talent for our pharmacies.
Review key performance indicators with pharmacy staff and identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct workforce and business planning to achieve operational excellence.

Build strong relationships with the community, stakeholders, and clinic partners to ensure we meet all needs and promote the pharmacy business.

Drive marketing initiatives and materials to promote all pharmacy services.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Current pharmacist's license in the relevant state.
Certified immunizer or willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.
Willingness to administer Long Acting Injectables.

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
