Key Responsibilities:


Foster an exceptional consumer and clinic partner experience while building strong relationships to proactively address their needs.

Act as a resource for clinical staff and engage with their team to achieve clinical outcomes.
Provide counseling and education to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, schedules, and personal inquiries.
Ensure compliance with policies and standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct wellness services such as immunizations and other preventive measures.
Accountable for financial performance and identifying growth opportunities within the pharmacy.
Inspire, develop, and mentor pharmacy staff to help them reach their full potential and deliver outstanding service.
Create an engaging team environment that promotes compassion and embodies our core values and culture.
Proactively identify opportunities and recruit top talent for our pharmacies.
Review key performance indicators with pharmacy staff to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct workforce and business planning to achieve operational excellence at the site.

Establish strong relationships with the community, stakeholders, and clinic partners to ensure we meet all needs and promote the pharmacy business.

Drive marketing initiatives and materials to highlight all pharmacy offerings.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Current pharmacist's license in the relevant state.
Certified immunizer or willing to obtain certification within three months of hire.
Willingness to administer Long Acting Injectables.

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in pharmacy leadership.
